Come help us put the puzzle together as a scheduler for our nursing department.
The primary responsibility of the scheduler is to ensure proper nursing staffing on all shifts in all areas of The Campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home. The scheduler will be very organized and able to juggle many different staff requests, field call-offs and initiate strategies to fill openings.
Knowledge of staff scheduling is preferred but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with staff members with understanding and flexible and able to handle interruptions work hours may vary.
