Arbuckle Roofing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and earning uncapped commission.
As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will help homeowners through the roofing process—from identifying storm damage to working with insurance companies and ensuring customers receive high-quality roofing services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads in assigned areas
- Perform roof inspections for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Assist customers through project completion
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

Pay:
