This is a full time position, 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:30 pm) with excellent benefits including paid sick, vacation and holidays, as well as PSERS Retirement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas in school buildings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
