- Upsell additional services or retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or body waxing products to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to disinfection procedures, cosmetology standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry, especially in nail care or related fields such as body waxing or eyelash extensions.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean workspace.
- Strong understanding of color theory, nail care techniques, and current trends in nail art.
- Ability to perform advanced services like gel application, acrylics, or intricate nail designs confidently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products is a plus for maximizing client satisfaction and revenue.
- Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair styling, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments are advantageous but not required.
