Evening Baker/Crew Member – Crumbl Cookies

Our closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, making this a great opportunity to earn money after school while gaining valuable experience in teamwork, customer service, and food production. UVM students can take the bus directly from campus to our location, making it easy to get to work without a car.
Pay and Perks
- $14.67 per hour base pay
- Typically $4–$7 per hour in additional tips
- Total earning potential of approximately $18–$21 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Mix, portion, bake, and decorate Crumbl’s famous cookies
- Package orders and help create an excellent guest experience
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow recipes, food-safety standards, and quality guidelines
- Work alongside an energetic and supportive team
- Help complete closing duties and prepare the store for the next day
Who We’re Looking For
No professional baking experience is necessary. We’re looking for dependable people who:
- Are at least 16 years old
- Bring a positive attitude and are excited to learn
- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Pay attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Can balance a school schedule with dependable, year-round availability
- Are available to work evening shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Have reliable transportation home after closing
This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
