Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Follow sanitation procedures to keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
- Maintain knowledge of food safety management practices to ensure safe handling of ingredients and beverages
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards essential for maintaining cleanliness and compliance
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
- Must possess a State Responsible Beverage Service cerification, or be willing to apply for one.
