About the Role
As a a prep cook, you'll be part of our kitchen staff, helping prepare fresh and wholesome ingredients and recipes from scratch. You'll wash, slice, dice, mix, season, and taste, as you work side by side with other to prepare food for hundreds of guests a day.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily prep work and station setup
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently and collaborate with team members to keep service smooth
