What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, manage visitor processing, and document security-related activity in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and restricted areas to help identify unauthorized access, hazards, and/or unusual activity.

Support security-related operations at an industrial location by helping to control access to sensitive areas, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or policy concerns through the proper channels.
Minimum Requirements:

A TSA issued TWIC is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
