Vander Hyde is looking for an experienced HVAC Construction Foreman to oversee installation crews on commercial and multi-unit residential construction projects. Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting, installing, and replacing HVAC systems and equipment
· Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
· Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
· Troubleshooting/Startup, installing, and replacing HVAC systems and equipment
· Perform hands-on installation and oversee team productivity and safety
· Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
· Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
· Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
· Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
· Must possess your own basic hand tools
· EPA Universal or Type II certification
Compensation:
· Competitive Pay: $32.00-45.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing
