Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Teach basic academic skills, including math and language development.
- Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions to support children's learning needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum.
- Promote social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
- Organize and supervise physical education activities to promote gross motor skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
