Looking for:

- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring out your own path to results
- Coachable — you'll be handed a proven playbook, and your job is to run with it
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing work is a plus

What you'll do as a Business Development Representative:
- Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from smarter marketing
- Spark interest and get decision-makers on the phone or in a meeting
- You don't even have to be on the phone. Feel free to meet these people in person! That's how we grew the business over the last several months!
- Hand off the conversation to our founder, who runs the pitch from there
- Build relationships and follow up in a way that keeps doors open
