As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Create and implement policies and procedures
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Track expenses and revenues, making sure all transactions are documented properly.
- Prepare and submit tax reports and ensure timely tax payments.
- Support the management team with financial analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all accounting records.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
- Perform any other accounting duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
