Job description
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team at Four Seasons Plumbing & Heating as our Lead Plumber Foreman for new construction projects . Must have new and/or commercial construction experience. If you are interested in the position, please send us your resume.
Job requirements:
- Oversee plumbing work from pre-construction to final inspection
- Lead and mentor crews, setting the standard for safety and quality work
- coordinate with GC's, trades and PM to keep projects on track
- Produce two week look-ahead schedules, manage manpower and material
- conduct site inspections; correct deficiencies before final walkthroughs
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead toolbox talks
- maintain detailed site records, sign in sheet, inspections, change orders
- approve crew OT, PTO requests
- resolve all issues timely to prevent project delays
- Must maintain material supplies in budget, no waste or misuse of materials
- Must be able to work up to standards of the company and job site
- Specific knowledge of underground plumbing and installation
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a safe and clean, Organized work environment
- Have problem solving skills
Experience level:
- 5+ yrs experience within plumbing/construction supervision
- Must be able to read and interpret plumbing plans with accuracy
- Certifications Required (Osha30.)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Hourly wage dependent on work experience and performance
- NJ Plumber License preferred, but not required
- Experience in New construction multi story, commercial and industrial plumbing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:
- Supervising: 5 years (Required)
- Construction plumbing: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
