Job Title: Order Puller / Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order Puller to accurately pick, palletize, and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a riding pallet jack, is detail-oriented, and is physically capable of performing heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately according to pick tickets or RF scanner
- Safely operate a riding pallet jack to move product throughout the warehouse
- Build, wrap, and palletize orders per customer specifications
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards on a daily basis
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Order Puller or Warehouse Associate preferred
- Proven experience operating a riding pallet jack required
- Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and basic warehouse documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (if applicable)
Shift is from 10am - 8pm (Must be open to working weekends)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
