Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the commercial sector. In this pivotal role, you will manage electrical crews, ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawings, and safety regulations will drive successful project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Review construction drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or ProCore to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Oversee quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to develop detailed construction schedules and coordinate activities effectively.
- Enforce federal and local construction safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Manage crew staffing levels, assign tasks efficiently, and provide mentorship to develop team skills in managing complex electrical systems and technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising electrical teams in commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting complex electrical layouts.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Bluebeam, ProCore or similar platforms for scheduling and document control.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for project budgeting and cost control.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA safety standards and federal safety regulations related to heavy civil projects.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective management of teams and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Valid management experience supervising crews in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
