Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, dependable Plumber Helper to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn the trade from the ground up and grow into a skilled, licensed professional. We invest in people who are ready to put in the work and build a future in this industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and water treatment equipment
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
- Follow direction from lead plumbers and supervisors
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company
- Plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
