Well established Walla Walla WA business Alden Plumbing/Alden Mechanical expanding and looking for responsible, team oriented, Journeymen Plumbers who are licensed to work mainly commercial jobs in WA, OR, ID.
Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements
Commercial plumbing experience in new construction, service, remodel, or tenant improvement environments.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, tools, and installation methods.
- Ability to use hand & power tools applicable to trade
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Ability to withstand physical work; lifting, pushing, pulling of objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver fixture units into position for installation
- Good work ethic, ability to work alone, trustworthy, problem-solving skills
- Possession of a current Journeyman’s Plumber License in WA, OR, or ID
- Experience with commercial mechanical rooms, water heaters, boilers, pumps, grease waste systems, and roof drain systems
- Current Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification perfered
- Experience supervising apprentices or leading small crews.
- Have the ability to pass a Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
Benefits:
- Pay DOE and qualifications $35/hr to $45/hr, with opportunities for working prevailing wage projects average $50/hr to $100/hr
