Compensation
Hourly Pay Range:
$35–$42/hour based on experience, clinical expertise, and qualifications.
Plus:
- Bonus opportunities available for additional earning potential
- $7,500 sign-on bonus

Position Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification in the state of Colorado.
- Active Colorado licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
- Enjoys collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to support whole-child care.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapeutic support to children and youth across developmental stages.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Build rapport and foster engagement through a strengths-based, compassionate approach.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other clinical team members to support whole-child care.
- Contribute to a positive, team-centered, and collaborative clinic culture.

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
