Mushroom Delivery Driver – No CDL Required
Full-time, 1st Shift, 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off

Job Description:
As a Mushroom Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of harvested mushroom pallets from harvesting rooms to the packing facilities. This role involves operating a pallet jack to move heavy loads, loading pallets onto trucks, and ensuring timely delivery to production and packing areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining the continuous flow of product through farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect full pallets of harvested mushrooms (approximately 1,000 lbs each) from multiple harvesting rooms.
- Safely operate a pallet jack to move heavy loads within production areas.
- Transport pallets from harvesting rooms to designated loading zones.
- Load pallets securely onto the truck following proper safety and stacking procedures.
- Deliver loaded pallets to assigned packing plants in a timely manner.
- Unload pallets at packing facilities and place them in designated areas.
- Ensure product integrity and handle all pallets with care to avoid damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading, transport, and delivery areas.
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns immediately.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, and operational procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements and Skills:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (Non-CDL).
- Previous experience operating trucks with manual transmissions
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and handle heavy loads up to 1,000 lbs.
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on product quality.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy loads.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb in and out of vehicles throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
