Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow established cleaning checklists and company standards
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly
- Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we're willing to train the right person
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to work independently in clients' homes
- Good communication skills
- Must have own cleaning supplies
- Must pass a background check
