The Customer Care Specialist plays a critical role in creating an exceptional homeowner experience by serving as a trusted point of contact for customers interested in Baird’s foundation and concrete solutions. This role helps homeowners navigate the initial stages of their repair journey by providing timely support, answering questions, and scheduling appointments with our System Design Specialists.
This position is responsible for managing inbound calls, outbound campaigns, and multi-channel customer interactions to convert leads into scheduled appointments, support customer retention efforts, and maintain efficient sales calendars. The Customer Care Specialist works closely with internal teams to coordinate scheduling needs, document customer information, and ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer journey while following established processes and delivering a high level of service.

Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to build relationships, provide solutions, and create positive experiences for homeowners. Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, call centers, or other customerfacing environments is preferred.

Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to confidently interact with customers through phone, chat, and other communication channels while addressing questions and providing solutions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and consistent followthrough on customer needs and scheduling activities.

Comfortable utilizing technology, customer relationship management systems, and various software platforms to document customer interactions, manage information, support scheduling activities, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
