Position Summary
As Studio Manager, you'll be the face of the studio-welcoming prospects, building relationships, driving memberships, supporting daily operations, and creating a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities
· Greet members and first-time guests with exceptional customer service.
· Lead studio tours and explain the HOTWORX concept, benefits, and membership options.
· Drive membership sales, lead follow-up, retention, and referral growth.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the studio team to meet sales and service goals.
· Support staff scheduling, training, and daily accountability.
· Oversee studio operations, cleanliness, inventory, and opening/closing standards.
· Support local marketing, social media, and community outreach.
· Represent the HOTWORX brand with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
· Friendly, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Sales, customer service, or management experience preferred; fitness experience a plus.
· Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
· Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
· Comfortable learning and using membership software, point-of-sale tools, mobile apps, and studio systems.
· Flexible availability during staffed hours.
o Staffed hours: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
· $40,000–$50,000 base salary, plus commissions and bonuses; total compensation potential of $75,000+.
