Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in Eligibility Rules Engine implementations for public sector programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **EDBC (Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation)** rule engines. Candidates with strong experience in **Eligibility & Enrollment/Eligibility Integrity solutions** will also be considered.
**Required Skills: **
- Experience working with Eligibility Rules Engines, preferably EDBC.
- Strong understanding of public assistance eligibility programs.
- Experience with one or more of the following programs:
- SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
- TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
- Medicaid
- Ability to analyze, configure, and implement business rules and eligibility workflows.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in large-scale government or healthcare transformation programs.
**Preferred Qualifications: **
- Experience with Eligibility Integrity solutions.
- Public Sector / Health & Human Services domain experience.
- Prior consulting experience in large enterprise environments.
