We are seeking a reliable office assistant to join our dynamic team at one of our luxury residential communities in Hillsborough, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a small office environment with a proven ability to work independently and responsibly manage assigned duties.
Responsibilities
Manage office phone and email communication
Initiate maintenance service tickets for multiple residential properties, conducting follow-ups as needed
Schedule/coordinate contractor work as needed
Verify and code invoices
Order materials/supplies as needed
Assist maintenance team with administrative duties
Assist residents with scheduling maintenance services
Other related tasks, as assigned
Requirements
Previous office/administrative experience (required)
Computer skills (required)
Customer Service experience (preferred)
Basic understanding of maintenance/building systems (preferred)
Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
