Blue Peak Management is a growing sales and development firm in Houston looking for an Entry Level Team Member to represent AT&T Fiber and connect customers with reliable internet solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, learn how to present AT&T Fiber, and help people find a service that fits the way they live and work.
This Entry Level Team Member opportunity is designed for candidates who are new to the professional world or looking to build their first sales experience. You’ll learn through hands-on experience, develop valuable communication and customer engagement skills, and work alongside a supportive sales team focused on growth.
As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll meet with customers in person, explain the benefits of AT&T Fiber, answer questions, and help guide customers through their options. Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member
- Assist in catering to customer inquiries about AT&T Fiber in person, ensuring every question receives a prompt and accurate response.
- Support sales team members in person by providing accurate, up-to-date information about AT&T Fiber to address customer questions and concerns.
- Help coordinate sales efforts to promote AT&T Fiber in person, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Participate in team training sessions to deepen knowledge of AT&T Fiber’s features, competitive advantages, and customer value propositions.
- Support sales efforts by maintaining organized customer records and tracking interest in AT&T Fiber services.
- Collaborate with Entry Level Team Members to optimize AT&T Fiber sales support and drive team success.
