Partner-Level Corporate M&A Attorney ($225,000–$300,000/year)
Location: Greenwich, CT | Full-Time
Join a growing firm and build its Corporate M&A practice in Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with a strong portable book of business and established client relationships.
Must Have:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Connecticut Bar admission.
- 10+ years of M&A/corporate transactional experience.
- Proven portable book of business and collected originations.
- Experience leading complex M&A transactions from LOI through closing.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- NY Bar admission is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Manage due diligence, deal structure, and closing matters.
- Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients.
- Develop clients, referral relationships, and the Connecticut practice.
- Mentor attorneys and support firm leadership.
