Adelphoi is looking for an A.R.T. Facilitator for Community-Based A.R.T. cycles in Washington County. Community Based A.R.T. is a 10-week program consisting of two, 1.5 hour sessions per week. The sessions are held at the LEADER Program in Washington and will consist of 8-12 youth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co facilitation of all scheduled sessions with one other A.R.T. Facilitator.
- Completion of necessary intake paperwork with assigned youth.

Maintenance of all progress records, including weekly and monthly reports.

Communication with placing juvenile probation officer in regard to progress of youth, including attendance and participation.

Communication with family members concerning progress of youth.

Rescheduling of sessions in the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances.

Continual assessment of program implementation and effectiveness in order to make any necessary adjustments to delivery of service.
Requirements:

Currently trained in Aggression Replacement Training

Experience facilitating ART groups

Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation, and have the ability to pass all pre-employment clearances/screenings/background checks
