Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom and during activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their growth
Skills:
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood
- Ability to plan and implement engaging lessons across various subjects
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and coworkers
- Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a nurturing environment
