Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and honest person to join our team on various asphalt paving operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outdoor environment. We are willing to train the right person. MUST HAVE CDL A and be willing to be part of the asphalt paving team.
Duties
- Move equipment to and from job sites then join the paving crew.
- Operate paving equipment including paver, skid steer, dump truck, rollers, and loaders to assist in asphalt paving tasks.
- Assist in paving activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred, particularly with asphalt paving equipment. But, we are willing to train the right person!
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- MUST HAVE CDL A and be DEPENDABLE

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
