Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations

Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
-
Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and team members
Compensation & Bonuses - average $85,000-$95,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus Options:

Option 1: $1,475 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $1,300 + Paid Time Off + Orientation Pay

Option 2: $1,125 + Orientation Pay

Additional $600 bonus after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
Additional Pay Opportunities:

CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days: $875 (Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hours PTO

On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days

Anniversary Bonus: $100 per year of continuous service

Band Pay (Extra pay on short hauls):

0-100 miles: $35/load

101-400 miles: $25/load (Loaded miles only, non-relayed loads)

Detention Pay after 1 hour

Safety-Based Raises at designated mileage intervals

Premium Mileage Pay for placarded Hazmat hauls (less than 2% of freight is placarded)

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
-
9 months of recent verified tractor-trailer experience
-
No DWIs in the past 7 years
-
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

Pass DOT physical, drug screen & Human Performance Evaluation (HPE for company truck drivers only)

No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
-
No drug test refusals or failures
