Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Finance Analyst:

Lead change management initiatives and increase user adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning

Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models with multiple business drivers and variables

Partner with FP&A leadership to improve forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes

Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into actionable financial models and insights

Drive process improvements and contribute to broader strategic finance initiatives
Qualifications for the Strategic Finance Analyst:

Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience in a complex environment

Experience managing financial models with six or more drivers and variables

Background supporting multi-entity, multi-site, or multi-brand organizations preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
