Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce Window Cleaning services, demonstrating their value to prospective customers
- Engage in warm calling and outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies and enhance brand awareness
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions for reporting purposes bb
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, telemarketing or technology sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data
- Demonstrated ability in inside sales, outbound calling, and business development techniques
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards building rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently in a door-to-door environment while maintaining motivation and resilience
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and technical sales concepts is a plus
