Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, trustworthy, and able to follow all operational and security procedures

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent lifting/moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs.

Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a retail environment

Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments
