D'Avolio is looking to expand our server team at both of our locations (E. Amherst & Williamsville)!

In this lively role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, with precision and professionalism
- Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments required
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing transactions smoothly
- Bartending experience a plus!
