We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and support a resident-centered experience.
- Set up and take down meeting spaces and equipment for resident and public events, including tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines while cleaning assigned areas.
- Perform carpet cleaning, floor waxing, window washing, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures, respond calmly in emergency situations, and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
- Minimum of one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
- Experience operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand labels and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with residents and team members.
