We have a steady flow of work ranging from small service jobs to full-house installations with 20+ replacement windows. Requirements: - Experience installing replacement and new construction windows - Ability to properly shim, level, and square windows - Insulate around window frames - Knowledge of flashing, waterproofing, and weatherproofing techniques - Ability to install exterior aluminum trim/capping (metal work) - Must take pride in clean, professional workmanship - Reliable transportation and your own basic installation tools Pay: - Starting at $150 per standard window installed - Additional pay for frame repairs, rot replacement, structural modifications, custom trim work, or other extra labor - Consistent work available year-round for the right crews If you're dependable, produce quality work, and are looking for steady subcontracting opportunities, we'd like to talk.
