About the Role
Victory Men's Health is looking for a skilled, driven Lab Team Member to join our high-performance men's health clinic. This isn't a box-checking role, it's for someone who takes pride in clinical precision, thrives under pressure, and genuinely cares about the patient experience.
You'll be the hands-on backbone of our clinic: executing blood draws, supporting advanced diagnostics, assisting with specialized procedures, and delivering care that puts patients at ease every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Venipuncture & Lab Execution
- Perform expert blood draws with minimal patient discomfort
- Accurately label, process, and manage clinical specimens for lab submission
- Assist with IV administration under provider/medical director supervision
- Build working knowledge of specialty lab panels: SpectraCell, Cyrex, Galleri Grail, Genova, OPK 4Kscore, and more
Patient Care
- Deliver IM and subcutaneous injections with confidence and precision
- Calm anxious patients and clearly communicate throughout their visit
- Assist with sexual health procedures including wave therapy, pellet insertions, TriMix, and Priapus injections with discretion and professionalism
Clinic Operations
- Room patients promptly to maintain schedule flow
- Monitor and restock supplies; maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Chart accurately in DrChrono and coordinate lab orders with attention to detail
Team Support
- Cross-train and collaborate across lab, front office, and patient coordination functions
- Cover front desk duties when needed, including answering phones
- Lead morning huddles, vendor coordination, and daily lab prep

Qualifications
- Active licensure or certification as an RN, LPN, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant
- Experience with venipuncture required; IV administration experience a plus
- EMR experience preferred
- Comfort with men's health procedures and specialty diagnostics preferred

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
