The overall goal of this position is to assist in the day-to-day maintenance of an apartment complex. Communication and Coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager are key elements in this position. Plumbing and Electrical knowledge and experience a plus. Free apartment is available after 30 days of employment.
*We are hiring for multiple positions for our properties in Pleasant Hills, Wilkinsburg and Bellevue.
Job Responsibilities:
*Minor Plumbing and Electrical skills a plus
*Minor Repairs to Appliances and HVAC
*Light Carpentry and Painting
*Apartment Turnovers
*Day-to-Day operations of property
*Other tasks assigned by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
*Snow removal is a required responsibility for this job
*Must be able to lift 50-100 plus pounds
Qualifications:
* Maintenance experience necessary (experience in apartment building maintenance preferred)
*You must have a positive attitude and be a team player with a neat appearance
*You must have a valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
