THIS POSITION REQUIRES PROFICIENCY SPEAKING ENGLISH AND MANDARIN.
We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who thrives in complexity and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into shipped software. You'll own execution across multiple strategic initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and business leaders to ensure priorities stay aligned, risks are managed early, and teams consistently deliver.
This isn't a project coordinator role. We're looking for someone who naturally creates clarity, builds momentum, removes obstacles, and holds teams accountable without relying on organizational hierarchy.

Lead multiple complex software initiatives from planning through production release and post-launch stabilization.

5+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience within software or technology organizations.

2+ years leading complex software initiatives in a senior-level project management role.

Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional software projects from concept through launch.

Experience partnering closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA, UX/UI Designers, and executive stakeholders.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, release management, and software delivery lifecycles.

Experience improving project management processes within growing technology organizations.

Ability to understand technical architecture, engineering dependencies, and product tradeoffs without being an engineer.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to influence decisions, align teams, and drive accountability without formal authority.

Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Professional working proficiency in both English AND Mandarin required

Delivered SaaS or cloud-based software products.

Experience scaling Agile practices in rapidly growing engineering organizations.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
