Part-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Meg-a-latte Coffee House is looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to help care for and maintain our growing coffee shop locations.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, can solve problems independently, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, positive environment.
This position offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to work with a growing local company that values teamwork, excellence, and serving others well.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Pay: Starting at $25/hour
- Schedule: Flexible hours based on business needs
- Location: Meg-a-latte Coffee House location
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at the shop location
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
- Complete routine upkeep and preventative maintenance
- Assist with shop projects, installations, and minor renovations
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers and staff
Qualifications
- Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
