As an Automotive Sales Professional you are expected to:
Treat every guest with dignity and respect. The cornerstone of our sales process is for our team to build relationships with our guests. We are "your friend in the car business!"
Assist our guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. You need to be responsible to know the features and benefits of the vehicles you sell.
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow up for the life of your guests
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Follow our sales process, and attend all training meetings
Qualifications
You must be available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
You must be a great communicator, both in person and through technology
You must be literate, or able to learn, basic computer and app functions
You must have:
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
