You’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You stay engaged on the floor, support the customer experience, contribute to a positive team culture, and represent the brand with authenticity and style, while bringing a strong understanding of how quality footwear, apparel, and accessories are created.
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Support the in-store customer experience by staying engaged on the floor, helping customers confidently choose product, and delivering service rooted in hospitality
- Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and guiding purchase decisions
- Clearly communicate product craftsmanship, materials, fit, and value to support confident sales
- Deliver service that consistently results in positive customer feedback and reviews, including recognition by name
- Handle purchases, returns, and product questions with professionalism and care
- Maintain an active, visible presence on the sales floor, ready to support customers and teammates
- Work with store leadership to resolve customer issues and ensure a high standard of service
Store Operations
- Execute daily store operations, including POS and in-store technology
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Assist with restocks, cycle counts, and inventory tasks as directed by store leadership
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with teammates to support daily store priorities
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality/service industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to engage customers and drive sales
- Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours per shift
