Escape Group Cruises is growing, and we're looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Team!
This is a unique part-time opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a sales mindset, is comfortable with social media, and is excited about travel.
You'll work directly with prospective and confirmed Guests while helping us grow our brands, including Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise and Match Point Tennis Cruise.
Travel will also be an important part of this position. We're looking for someone who is excited to join us on Group Cruises and, as opportunities arise, become comfortable representing Escape Group Cruises and leading trips and Group Cruise experiences.
What You'll Do
As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be involved in several areas of our growing business, including:
- Responding to Guest inquiries by phone and email
- Following up with prospective Guests and helping turn inquiries into reservations
- Making outbound sales and follow-up calls
- Answering questions about cruises, pricing, staterooms, and our Group Cruise experiences
- Assisting Guests with reservations, payments, and important deadlines
- Providing ongoing support to confirmed Guests as they prepare for their vacation
- Maintaining accurate Guest and reservation information
- Assisting with outreach to attract new Guests and generate new business
- Helping identify potential groups, clubs, organizations, partnerships, and other sales opportunities
- Assisting with social media management, including creating, scheduling, and posting content
- Engaging with our online community and helping grow our social media presence
- Supporting Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise, Match Point Tennis Cruise, and future Escape Group Cruises experiences
- Traveling throughout the year to assist with Group Cruises and other company programs
- Helping with Guest communication, activities, logistics, and the overall experience while traveling
- Representing Escape Group Cruises professionally while onboard and in destinations
- Taking on opportunities to lead Group Cruises and trips as you gain experience
- Assisting with other sales, marketing, and Guest experience needs as the company grows
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Confident speaking with individuals and groups
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective Guests
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using social media and creating engaging content
- Motivated to help attract new business and grow our brands
- Comfortable traveling throughout the year
- Excited about taking on leadership responsibilities during Group Cruise experiences
- Able to remain organized, professional, and personable while traveling with Guests
- Comfortable learning new technology and reservation systems
- Interested in travel, cruising, Pickleball, Tennis, hospitality, or group experiences
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, travel, group leadership, social media, reservations, or customer service is a plus.
Previous cruise or travel industry experience is not required. Knowledge of Pickleball or Tennis is also a plus, but not required.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow with us.
Travel & Trip Leadership
Travel is an important part of this position.
Our Guest Experience Coordinator will have opportunities to travel with Escape Group Cruises and assist with our Group Cruise experiences throughout the year.
While traveling, you'll help welcome Guests, answer questions, assist with activities and logistics, communicate important information, and help make sure our Guests have an incredible experience.
As you learn our programs and gain experience, we're looking for someone who will become comfortable leading select trips and representing Escape Group Cruises independently when opportunities arise.
Because our trips take place throughout the year and vary in length, candidates should have the flexibility and willingness to travel when needed.
Sales & Growing the Business
Providing a great Guest experience is at the heart of this position, but we're also looking for someone who is excited about helping us grow Escape Group Cruises.
You'll help follow up with people who have already expressed interest in our trips, but we also value someone who is willing to look for new opportunities.
That could include reaching out to Pickleball and Tennis clubs, groups, organizations, potential partners, and others who may be interested in traveling with us.
We're not looking for high-pressure sales tactics. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, communicate what makes our experiences special, follow up consistently, and confidently help prospective Guests take the next step.

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule with some availability during normal business hours
Travel: Travel throughout the year will be part of this position and may include assisting with and eventually leading Group Cruise experiences.
Bonus opportunities will be available based on sales, performance, new business, and other company goals.
