We are seeking reliable and motivated Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned properties. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading teams, maintaining high service standards, solving operational challenges, and building positive relationships with clients, residents, vendors, and coworkers.

Position Details
- Salary: $41,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
- Employment Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call positions available
- Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned facilities, residential communities, or commercial properties
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and improvement projects
- Respond promptly to resident, tenant, and client concerns while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct routine property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with residents, clients, vendors, and contractors
- Coordinate and monitor the work of outside service providers
- Assist with expense tracking and budget-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain organized records, reports, logs, and other required documentation
- Participate in meetings and complete administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment and random drug testing
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are advantageous but not required:
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Two or more years of experience in property, residential, or facility management
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions independently
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer skills, including email, reporting, and documentation
- Education in business, hospitality, accounting, property management, or a related field
- Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance
- Experience in housekeeping, facilities, security, operations, or administrative support
Candidates with transferable leadership skills, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply, even if they do not have direct property management experience.
