About the Role
As an Industrial Automation Systems Engineer, you will drive the modernization and efficiency of our manufacturing lines by designing and implementing advanced control solutions. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our automation capabilities, ensuring that complex production systems operate with maximum reliability and precision.
Responsibilities-
Design, program, and optimize PLC-based control systems to enhance production throughput and equipment reliability.

Develop intuitive HMI interfaces that empower operators and streamline machine interaction.

Lead the integration of industrial vision systems to ensure rigorous quality control and serialization accuracy.

Implement robotic solutions and automated workflows to reduce manual labor and improve process repeatability.

Manage the lifecycle of electrical documentation, including panel schematics and wiring standards, to ensure long-term maintainability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance and process teams to resolve complex technical bottlenecks and minimize downtime.

Standardize controls architecture across diverse manufacturing lines to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, specifically with Allen-Bradley platforms.

Proven ability to develop HMI applications and integrate complex controls in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.

Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software automation issues.

Experience deploying industrial vision systems such as Cognex or Keyence.

Background in integrating variable data printing, laser, or inkjet coding systems.

Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming and deployment.

Familiarity with pneumatics and electromechanical troubleshooting.
