A nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Family Shelter to provide oversight of facility operations across. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact programs serving vulnerable populations, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities while driving operational excellence.
The Vice President of Family Shelter will be responsible for:
Ensure that all direct and subordinate staff complies with the organization and funders’ polices and rules.
Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff and their subordinates.
Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients.
Direct, coordinate, supervise and document programmatic activities facilitated by direct reporting staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. (A license is required of these Master’s Degrees: Social Work (LMSW or LCSW), Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy).
3+ years of leadership experience in a similar role
Strong leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation: $95,000–$100,000 annually
