We supply name brand fragrances to major retail accounts and are now expanding into live commerce. We're looking for an energetic, camera-comfortable Live Seller to run and grow our presence on Whatnot.
Job Description
We're seeking a Whatnot Live Seller to host engaging, high-energy live shopping shows featuring our inventory of authentic, name brand fragrances. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking on camera, connecting with an audience in real time, and turning that energy into sales.
Responsibilities
- Host live selling shows on Whatnot, presenting name brand fragrances to a live audience
- Build and maintain an engaged buyer following through consistent, scheduled streams
- Know product details (brand, notes, size, retail comparison pricing) well enough to speak confidently and answer buyer questions live
- Manage auction/giveaway formats, pricing strategy, and pacing during shows
- Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team on inventory selection and stock levels for upcoming shows
- Handle order accuracy during live shows (correct SKU, correct buyer, correct price)
- Monitor chat and respond to buyer questions and comments in real time
- Track show performance (viewers, sales, engagement) and report results
- Stay current on Whatnot platform features, trends, and best practices for live selling
- Maintain a clean, well-lit, professional on-camera setup
Qualifications
- Prior experience live selling on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Poshmark, or similar platform strongly preferred
- Comfortable and confident on camera for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication and ability to think on your feet
- Basic knowledge of fragrance brands a plus (or willingness to learn our catalog quickly)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work a consistent show schedule
- Basic tech comfort (lighting, phone/camera setup, Whatnot app/dashboard)
