Job Summary
- In this role, you will assist customers with order issues and returns. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Talks with customers by phone, fax, email, or in person regarding product quality and other issues with received orders.
- Enters orders into computer for incorrect parts/orders and prints out new order to be pulled, packed, and shipped. Enters and edits customer information.
- Takes complaints of quality or service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Processes returns from incorrect parts/orders that are sent back by customers.
- Issues call tags and refunds to credit cards.
- Communicates with Senior Accountant to issue refund checks.
- Examines parts returned to determine if they are of sellable quality.

- Brevo chat line
- Operate Blue Giant Task Support Vehicle as needed
- Other duties may be assigned such as order pulling, order packing, general cleaning, etc.

- Education: Less than High School Education
- Years of experience: Up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive parts knowledge is required
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and Order processing systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
