Title: Rehab Specialist
Reports to: Clinical Director
In this position, you will:
· Oversee the PRP program as the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist
- Responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for newly referred clients within 5 days of receipt of referral.
- Coordinate treatment team meetings 45 days prior to expiration of services to reauthorize clients that qualify for continuation of services.
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with and supervise Assigned Rehabilitation Coordinators to discuss pertinent clinical information regarding the treatment plan and service delivery.
· Supervise staff and review notes for SUD
· Conduct initial assessments (biopsychosocial) for the Mental Health Clinic within 7 days of intake.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with agency expectations and COMAR regulations in EHR (electronic health record).
· Maintain strict confidentiality according to the federal and state guidelines and requirements.
· Uphold the professional code of ethics per the respective licensing entity assigned to the clinical license.
· Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, and others.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Engage in Professional Development:
· Engage in ongoing professional development, and practice to the top of license within the legal parameters of the Maryland Social Work Code of Ethics or Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists, and specialty standards.
· Promote a culture of inquiry that explores, integrates, and disseminates research and evidence-based practice.
Lead in the Practice Setting & Community:
· Appropriately delegates, coordinate care, and collaborate with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team to integrate clinical knowledge.
· Model professional behaviors as a representative of the behavioral health profession and Renaissance Behavioral Health.
Education
· Master's (Required)
· A minimum of one (3) year of counseling experience in an addictive disease treatment setting is preferred.
· Minimum one (2) year of clinical experience in Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, or Psychology
· Graduation from an accredited program of behavioral health License/Certification
License/Certification
· LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC approved supervisor (Required)
· Registered Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 per hour
