As a Nurse Supervisor RN / LPN, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. Key duties:
Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage nursing staff on the PM shift to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Care Coordination: Assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, manage medication distribution, and collaborate with physicians.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine unit rounds, track clinical progress, and ensure flawless documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the DON, ADON, and Administrator to streamline facility operations and provide ongoing staff education.
Licensure: Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility required. Experience in inpatient/palliative care preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and electronic charting/computer proficiency.
